BRITISH AIRWAYS + SAATCHI
Speculative Design and future forecasting exhibition celebrating British Airways at Saatchi Gallery.
As part of BRITISH AIRWAYS centenary celebration, I was selected to work in an interdisciplinary team of designers, engineers, architects and futurists to develop an exhibition at London’s SAATCHI GALLERY in summer of 2019. The aim was to push the boundaries of imagination and explore how future generations will circumnavigate the globe in a world of advanced jet propulsion, hyper personalisation, automation, AI, modular transport, sustainability, health and entertainment.
Taking the brief further we explored the speculative potential of design to inform and inspire.
Examining the implications of climate change on travel and an idea for dematerialising personal belongings. Time capsules we used to display concepts such as 3D printed “pixelsuits” - a counter measure for business travellers offset their carbon footprints from frequent flyer status.
The exhibition was featured in numerous media sources,
including: FORBES, ESQUIRE, VENTURE BEAT, THE TELEGRAPH etc.
A social enterprise, tackling arsenic contaminated rice, water and soil in

An award-winning strategy for a city's volunteer wildfire firefighting service in a period of urgent financial need.
