THE CLIENT
THE CHALLENGE
There is an shortfall of sustainable companies for large investors, such as pension funds to redivest their funds into. This is primarily due to lack integration between earth science and finacial valuation.
This self-driven project developed
an ecosytem to acclerate the the growth of sustainable ventures and shift incentive stuctures.
THE IMPACT
This project got to final seed stage funding with 3 notable VCs in London.
It is a work in progress.
THE PROCESS
The legal sector in the UK is undergoing massive transformation, not only due to automation and technology, but also due to shifting policy and dramatic work culture stagnation.
Working with LEXIS NEXIS and THOUGHTWORKS, developed a Human-centred strategy based on in-depth ethnographic research and service design. A strategic pivot was created with a potential new selection of digital products to offer to their existing client base.
THE DISCOVERY (RESEARCH)
Through a blend of enthnographic, expert interviews and desk research - deep opportunities for an an emergent solution surfaced.

Through a series of workshops, with a broad range of stakeholder from across the sustainable investment ecosystem a clear narrative was refined and defined.

In order to validate the collective and complex solution the idea was prototypes with both experts, using a variety of
methods such as the GV sprint and design probes. Feedback was overwhelming positive.
